Welcome to Australia’s premiere holiday destination and the slice of paradise that 56,000 lucky people call home. Noosa lies 130kms (81 miles) north of Brisbane, the capital city of the state of Queensland.

Our beautiful part of the world enjoys a sub-tropical climate, characterised by sunny days and all year round warmth with an annual average temperature of 25°c, ranging from 17-28°c in the height of summer, and 7-22°c in winter. Planning a swim? With water temperatures ranging from a cosy 19°c in the winter to a top of 25°c it’s an all year round option!

The urban hub of Noosa Heads is set on a headland, it’s beach, one of the few north facing beaches on Australia’s east coast, enjoys plenty of sunshine, sheltered from the southerly winds by the world famous Noosa National Park. The park spans 4000 hectares and features coastal and bush walking trails with stunning flora and fauna including the koala, glossy black cockatoo, ground parrot and wallum froglet.

South of Noosa Heads, beyond the national park, are the vibrant coastal suburbs of Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach, Castaways Beach, Marcus Beach and Peregian Beach.

West of Noosa heads, along the sparkling Noosa River we find Noosaville and the exclusive canal estate of Noosa Waters. Continuing west across Lake Doonella lies Tewantin.

The lush landscape of the hinterland extends north to Cootharaba, west to Cooran and south to Cooroy, Tinbeerwah and Doonan.
